Service department quickly and efficiently took care of a door lock issue my elderly Mother was having as she was traveling to Mexico from Canada. Thank you, much appreciated!

Great Overall service

My appointment was right on time. My service was done quickly and I was back on the road. Friendly staff and a comfortable waiting area.

Had a unexpected mishap on our road trip, had to stop in and Nick in the service dept. was amazing and helped get us back on the road with a loaner. We were then informed that my car was fixed the very next day as they over nighted the parts from Portland! I am very happy with what they did and how quickly it happened, I highly recommend!

Butte Toyota is the best! Hanna the service parts person & Karisma the windshield service person are the best. I have a 2024 tacoma. Windshield got shattered. Talked to our local Toyota dealer where I bought my truck, they wanted a 1000 dollar deposit and could not tell me when I could get a windshield! I called toyota dealers as far as southern California. Nobody could give me any information when they thought they could get a windshield. Called butte toyota and talked to Hanna, she did some research, tracked some toyota windshield shipments, gave me a date when she thought it would arrive. Safelite and all the other dealers would not do that. Very long story. After a bunch of bs with other dealers and safelite. No info for all. Butte Toyota found and tracked a windshield, kept me informed, great installation! If I had waited for other dealers or safelite would still be waiting THANK YOU HANNA AND KIRISMA

This is a first rate dealership. The sales associate was outstanding, courteous, and knowledgeable. The sales manager was accommodating and helpful. The finance staff was extremely professional and proficient. This is the best dealership experience I have had in 40 years of buying vehicles. Thank you Butte Auto.

Stopped by without a appointment with a tire light staying on. Found out tire were installed wrong from another dealer and fix my issue. Nice people and wish I lived closer. They were that good.

One of the better experiences I’ve ever had in my life at a dealership. Everybody was friendly and courteous and extremely helpful. It helped me decide on my new 2020 RAV4 hybrid. From the beginning, to the end when I drove away it was a very rewarding experience.

We're a Toyota family (currently 6 Toyotas) and I'm glad we have Butte Toyota serving Butte. First Tercel Wagon 1981, latest 2018 Tundra. Also have a 2007 RAV4 with 234K miles on it and it is running great. We were looking to get a 2024 RAV4 Prime, but Toyota Corporate won't allocate any to Montana dealers! I worked with Butte Toyota, but they're hands are tied. I have to buy outside Montana to get our next Toyota! (through no fault of Butte Toyota!). Anyway, we wanted to "try on" one of the new RAV4s to see if I would fit in it. I walked in and was greeted by Brian Farmer and explained my dilemma. He was very professional and courteous and allowed us to "try one" one of the other RAV4s, even though Toyota wouldn't let him sell us a RAV4 Prime. The Sales manager has also been helpful and pledged that even if we had to buy elsewhere (through no fault of Butte Toyota), they'd be happy to service our new RAV4 Prime. I have had nothing but great experience with my Toyota 4Runner at Butte Toyota. Their service department is top notch - they are punctual, honest, and up front about all issues surrounding my service appointments. We are very happy with this dealer and highly recommend them!

My 2019 Tacoma had a loose mud flap, pulled in walked inside and asked a Tech to help me. He immediately went outside and said you have lost two fasteners , the flap was almost failing off. He then got two new bolts put them in tightened them up and as good as new! What amazing 🤩 excellent service! These guys are on it, their customer satisfaction is exceptional! 💯😊…

Repaired our vehicle, explained the problem. Really appreciated the loaner vehicles during a stressful family time.

Ryan recently sold me my Rav4. Cant say enough nice things about him. He was kind, responsive, not pushy what so ever and honest. I purchased an amazing 2017 cadillac xt5, and very grateful Craig was such an excellent salesman!!! He deserves a five star award. There was a bump in the road driving it home and they did everything possible to fix it and picked up and delivered!!! Amazing dealership. Everyone at butte toyota was extremely professional and very friendly!!! I'd purchase from there again if I ever do

I drove out here from Seattle in 2021 since they could get me the exact 4Runner I wanted at MSRP (everywhere else in Western WA wanted +10k over MSRP). Craig was able to get the exact trim & color & options I wanted. Overall a great experience & would return to buy another Toyota from here.
